Design Specialist – Remote
We are seeking a highly self-motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This position is fully remote, and we welcome candidates from any location as long as they demonstrate exceptional self-management skills and accountability. However, we have a preference for candidates based in Mumbai or Hanoi.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging and visually appealing student workbooks, brochures, and marketing collateral for fairs, events, and online materials. Your work will help convey the value of our educational programs and enhance the experience for our participants and clients. If you are passionate about design, education, and creating impactful visual experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
· Design and produce student workbooks for various educational programs, ensuring alignment with our brand and pedagogical objectives.
· Create brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral for fairs, events, and promotional purposes.
· Collaborate with the content team to ensure all designs align with educational goals and messaging.
· Adapt designs for different formats (print, digital, social media, etc.) while maintaining high-quality standards across platforms.
· Revise designs based on feedback, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
· Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our materials fresh and innovative.
· Ensure consistency in design across all materials while incorporating the brand’s visual identity.
Requirements (in order of importance):
· Proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally within the education, events, or non-profit sectors.
· Exceptional self-management and accountability – ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
· A compelling portfolio showcasing design skills, including workbooks, brochures, and event collateral.
· Understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and image editing.
· Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to follow specific guidelines and project requirements.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills with an ability to take feedback constructively.
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
· Experience in creating both print and digital content.
· Familiarity with designing for social media platforms.
· Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is a plus.

Content Creator – Hanoi
We are seeking a creative and driven Content Creator to capture and produce engaging digital content that highlights Beyond Classrooms’ experiential education programs across Southeast Asia (SEA). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social enterprise projects, thrives in a results-driven environment, and enjoys storytelling through visuals.
The ideal candidate should have experience in photography, videography, and social media content creation, as well as the ability to work under high-pressure deadlines. If you own your own equipment, that’s a big plus!

Responsibilities:
· Photography & Videography – Capture high-quality photos and videos of programs, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
· Video Editing & Production – Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
· Social Media Content Creation – Develop engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
· On-Site Content Coverage – Travel to different locations across SEA to document educational programs and experiences.

Marketing Intern – Remote

As a Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of our Marketing team in Korea, working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop engaging content for digital marketing campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for a fluent English speaker to gain valuable marketing experience in the travel and education industry.

Part-Time Travel Consultant – Japan
We are looking for a passionate travel enthusiast with in-depth knowledge of Japan's culture and geography to provide part-time support during US working hours. This role is perfect for someone who has extensively traveled within Japan and is looking to share their passion and knowledge with others.

• Working with other staff members to prepare and execute our programs with the goal of meeting and exceeding client’s (teacher and student) expectations.

• Act as major point of contact between the client and operation teams to manage priorities and ensure deliverables are met
• Prepare all documents for program, follow up program status
• Acting as a representative of our company at client-facing events and program orientations
• Ensuring our risk management and safety procedures are followed to the letter on every single program
• Researching new vendors based on price and quality and selecting them based on the vendor management plan
• Communicating with the vendors and performing the quality check, auditing, dealing with the price and improvements

• Is responsible for managing project teams and making key project decisions where needed
• Is responsible for maintaining safety and academic standards on their projects
• Designs and refines itineraries and timetables, activities, as well as creating equipment lists
• Either trains and leads programs on the ground (for large, new, or otherwise key projects) or is responsible for briefing and training freelancer program leaders with the goal of making sure our standards and client expectations are clear and setting the on-the-ground staff up for success
• Works with the project team to help anticipate and resolve issues based on their on-the-ground experience
• Works with the Project Coordinator to help clarify and manage client expectations
• Works with the Operator to select suppliers and ensure they have a clear understanding of our and our clients’ expectations, as well as to ensure equipment and materials are purchased and arrive in time

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Learning Aid Designer to join our team part-time. This role focuses on enhancing our experiential learning programs by designing industry-leading, high-quality learning aids, such as workbooks, that align with our educational goals and standards.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Project Leaders: Work closely with individual Project Leaders to understand the specific needs and objectives for learning aids required for different programs.
Design and Development: Design and develop engaging and effective learning aids, including graphics, layouts, and overall design aesthetics.
Content Review: Ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of the content received from Project Leaders, with a special focus on checking and refining English language use.
Adherence to Standards: Follow design standards and guidelines set by the Co-Head of Operations to maintain consistency and quality across all materials.

BD Intern – Shanghai/Shenzhen/Guangzhou
We are seeking a Business Development Intern to join the team in either Shanghai, Shenzhen or Guangzhou. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing Team, providing support for initiatives in the inbound, outbound and domestic markets. Additionally, you will represent the Education team on key cross-team projects.
The ideal candidate is bilingual (Mandarin and English) and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive industry. This is a temporary position lasting four months, with an immediate start date.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the Business Development Manager who is responsible for our clients in South China, gaining valuable knowledge in strategy and management. Exceptional performance during the internship may lead to a full-time position. Depending on the intern's skills and the firm's needs, travel within China may be required for work purposes.
